Gregory O. Proctor is a solutions-focused Senior Executive, Advisor, and Thoughtful Leader with more than 20 years of success across the oil & energy, construction, manufacturing, semiconductors, and consulting industries. His broad areas of expertise include project management, risk mitigation, client relations, global operations, and strategy.  

Gregory holds a leadership position as the Managing Director of SchXer where he championed the acquisition of new business projects while simultaneously driving consistent growth through strategic relationship building and recruiting highly productive team members. He also leads the development and integration of solutions for emerging complex issues by applying implementation strategies, integrating project controls, executing strategic plans, and overseeing programmatic aspects of technical projects. Gregory has also served as the Lead Project Controls Advisor and Project Manager for Cheniere Energy, Inc. and he commanded capital projects and secured internal and external resources for infrastructure projects valued at $100M.

Prior to his role at Cheniere Energy, Inc, Gregory additionally led as the Managing Director for PTCGL Peru, SAC Miraflores District Contract and the President of Prolific-Technology Consulting Group, LLC (PTCGL).

Gregory obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He is also a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Training Institute (PMTI).
