Tyler Knotts is a driven Senior Executive and Advisor with almost two decades of success across the business consulting, sporting goods, and retail industries. His broad areas of expertise include bottom line optimization, business development & strategy, process improvement, and merchandising.

Tyler holds a leadership position as the President of North and Orange where he oversees an orginization that focuses on providing effective strategies from marketing to finance, showing businesses of all sizes how to operate at the highest level. He has also held a variety of leadership roles at NIKE Inc, where he was responsible for driving 1, 3, and 5-year scalable strategies across the globe. 

Prior to his role at NIKE Inc, Tyler additionally led retail and clothing brand Heelbruise, Actions Sports Retailer Active Rideshop and has advised brands such as PacSun, Tilly's, Nixon Watches, Burton Snowboards and Vans.

Tyler earned his BBA in Business Administration and Management from California State University San Bernardino, as well as degrees in Accounting and Finance Management and in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from The Art Institute.
