Leveraging extensive experience as a growth strategist driving new revenue streams, Teresa is a valuable asset for a company requiring advisory related to global expansions, rapid growth, competitive analysis, knowledge management, or long-term goals. Her broad areas of expertise include growth strategy, revenue optimization, negotiating, business turnaround planning, data monetization, international market expansions, disruptive product inventions, and employee engagement. Teresa is a CEO who excels at navigating disruptive markets and emerging trends in competitive and down markets.

Throughout her executive career, Teresa has held leadership positions with PlazaBridge Group, Tom Peters Company, Red Hat Inc., and Technauts. She has been responsible for leading global teams, implementing strategy and business development initiatives, and executing GTM campaigns. She secures venture funding, drives organic revenue growth for startups, leads successful IPOs, and was the first female to negotiate a technology acquisition with an oil company based in the Middle East. Teresa utilizes big data and analytics to drive new pathways to build revenue, improve the customer experience, and compete in down markets. In her current role as Founder and CEO, she leads B2C and B2B customers including Coca-Cola, Lowe’s Hardware, and Quintiles as well as venture-backed-startups and mid-sized growth companies. She is a proven leader in revenue growth, market analysis, and customer retention.

An industry visionary, Teresa specializes in both distressed and growth business opportunities. In a previous role, she led business transformations for clients, delivered consulting services to the global F500 for the Southeast region, and grew revenue by 200% in the first year. Teresa consistently exceeds company goals and market expectations. She is an inspiring leader building global teams, leading revenue from pre-IPO to post-IPO, and creating revenue model strategies in the digital revolution. Teresa expertly navigates cultural boundaries and drives employee retention rates and customer satisfaction statistics in all measurable categories. She is a leader in worldwide consistency, new market penetration, business development, goal execution, and mentoring.

An active entrepreneur and thought leader, Teresa founded the Game Day Decisions Analytics Platform, an integrated artificial intelligence and machine learning platform, as a service to simplify the art and science of decision making. A sought-after speaker, Teresa was selected to speak at the First Annual Women in Leadership conference and serves as a mentor with the Department of State’s Global Women’s Entrepreneurship Program.

Teresa attained her BA in Business and Marketing from Appalachian State University and completed the Executive Leadership and Management Certification Program at Duke University – The Fuqua School of Business and the Women’s Leadership Forum at Harvard Business School.
