Susan Schwartz is an accomplished Consultant, Organizational Coach, Educator, and Author with more than 30 years of success across the information technology, project management, and telecommunications industries. Leveraging extensive experience leading innovative performance improvement strategies, change leadership, and project management, she is a valuable advisor for an organization looking to train and develop professional project managers, establish a project management office, or navigate a challenging business situation. Her broad areas of expertise include project and program management, emotional intelligence, team building, role-based training, and change leadership strategy.

Throughout her executive career, Susan has held leadership positions with The River Birch Group, George Mason University, and The Baan Company. In addition, she has served on the Board of the Project Management Institute  Washington, DC chapter  a professional association supporting10,000 members.  She also has held leadership roles in several non-profit philanthropic organizations including ORT America (national level) and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society (regional level).
