AREAS OF EXPERTISE Rochelle is currently the Vice President of Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion, for University HealthCare Alliance, the medical foundation for Stanford Healthcare. Rochelle is accountable to affirm inclusive organizational principles as well as develop and manage the organization’s human resources strategy and operations. Rochelle is a certified executive coach and holds membership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the National Association of Health Service Executives (NAHSE). INTRODUCTION Throughout her established career, Rochelle has adopted an in-depth knowledge of organizational effectiveness, employee relations and engagement. She has her B.A. in Communications from the University of Memphis, and a Master’s in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. Rochelle is interested in the cultural and moral welfare of the community and serves as a member of the Lion’s Club, and volunteers at a monthly food bank. CAREER HISTORY Rochelle Noone is an experienced healthcare leader with over 17 years of human resources leadership experience. Rochelle has served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Planned Parenthood, where she led development and execution of the human resources strategic plan and created initiatives that helped to promote a unified organizational culture. Prior to Planned Parenthood, Rochelle served as the Director of Human Resources at Telecare Corporation, a behavioral healthcare organization. At Telecare, Rochelle managed the human resources generalist practices, developed strategies for employee engagement, and led the labor-management negotiation process. BOARD SERVICE Rochelle is currently an Advisory Board member for the Big Data program at San Francisco State University, in San Francisco, Ca. Rochelle has served on the boards of The Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA), The Women’s Daytime Drop-In Center (WDDC), Berkeley, CA, and Bonita House, Oakland, CA.
