Morris Burch is a solution-focused Senior Executive, Coach, Advisor, and Thought Leader with more than 35 years of success across the environmental services and consulting industries. His broad areas of expertise include crisis management, risk management, talent acquisition, angel investing, sustainability, global strategy, executive coaching, due diligence, and growth.

Morris holds the key leadership position as Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Business Coaching Specialist for BizNowse, where he is helping small businesses grow and prosper through practical advice delivered via affordable one-on-one coaching. He also develops practical solutions to set a course for sustainable growth. Morris also served as the Senior Vice President for the West P&L (Business Unit) of G2 Integrated Solutions.

Prior to his role with G2 Integrated Solutions, Morris additionally led as a Partner of Global Risk Practice for Environmental Resources Management (ERM) and the Chief Executive Officer for IRC Risk and Safety LLC where he grew the business from zero to around 100 people. He was also an Angel Investor and Advisor for Keiretsu Forum and participated in a "Shark Tank" style panel at the University of Silicon Valley, for young entrepreneurs to pitch business cases and ideas. For his exceptional leadership and innovation, he received a 40 Under 40 entrepreneurial business award in Australia.

Morris earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Surrey. He also studied Strategic Marketing at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Negotiations Strategies with the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
