Melynn K. Wakeman is a well-respected commercial real estate sales professional, consultant, business developer, and operations. She has an extensive background in brokerage, property management, strategic planning, and real estate transactions. Melynn believes that a handshake still means something.

With over 25 years of experience across the real estate and healthcare industries, Melynn is currently the Founder of Wakeman Integrity LLC, A Commercial Real Estate Company, which speaks volumes about who she is when she says that she will serve you with integrity means it. As Founder and President, she specializes in healthcare commercial real estate. She is a well-known and respected clinical manager, researcher, and real estate sales professional, having developed long-term relationships with physicians, business associates, and trusted colleagues.

Before founding Integrity Commercial Realty LLC, Melynn was Designated Broker and Vice President of Centum Health Properties. During her time with Centum Health Properties, she established a sister company in Arizona by developing a local office and identifying fiscally sound medical office portfolios for acquisition. She also prepared Pro-forma and letters of intent, and purchase contracts.

Along with her professional career, Melyn was nominated to be a board member of the Arizona Tobacco Education Program, which campaigned to wipe out tobacco use in all public places. The program she created at Mayo Clinic is used in hospitals throughout the country. Melynn is currently involved with Valley industry groups CCIM, CoreNet Arizona, AZCREW, WeMar, and WESTMARC. 

 Melynn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in applied management from Grand Canyon University.

  • Worked with business professionals and their companies locally and nationally to determine their real estate needs.
  • Negotiated a purchase acquisition with a national healthcare client to develop a state-of-the-art medical center and successfully negotiated more than $23M in sales within the first year.

2015 - 2017

Designated Broker & Vice President - Centum Health Properties

  • Responsible for collecting and examining third-party due diligence reports, tenant interviews, and market study reports.
  • Provided oversight and assisted in the successful closing of each deal.
  • Established business plans, market studies, marketing materials, operational budgets, capital budgets, vendor contracts, and tenant welcome materials.
  • Worked hand-in-hand with the brokerage community by cold-calling medical professionals, government agencies, and physician recruiters and assisted in developing electronic and hard-copy marketing materials to establish the Centum brand in the marketplace.
