Marc Nolan is a mission-driven Senior Executive and Consultant with more than 25 years of success across the technology, software, and SaaS industries. Leveraging extensive experience orchestrating technology-oriented growth ventures and turnarounds in various verticals, he is a valuable asset for ERP startups and technology companies working on i change management initiatives for sales in software organizations or on implementation of emerging technologies. His broad areas of expertise include technology sales, enterprise software, business development, CRM, solution selling, cloud computing, business intelligence, ERP, business transformation, and account management.

Throughout his executive career, Mr. Nolan has held leadership positions at companies including VAS International Inc., Datum Software Inc., Idhasoft, MatchPoint Solutions, Global Scholar/SpectrumK12, Serenity Infotech, Alti, Aris Corporation, and Oracle. As CEO and Senior VP of Sales and Professional Services for his own company VAS International since 2001, he focuses on building out IT software sales and professional services organizations as well as executive consulting engagements. He has been responsible for helping $1 billion architectural and design firm Burt,Hill to select a new ERP system and consolidate two different software organizations, guided Datum Software as Chief Sales Officer for one year to grow revenue from $12 million to $17 million by instituting new sales and delivery models to win a $4 million project, and drove new net business for MatchPoint Solutions from zero to $2 million over two years. He previously spent three years as Regional Software Sales Director of RTI Solutions for Global Scholar/SpectrumK12, where he was brought in by the CEO to lead an enterprise sales model and became the #1 sales person in the company. With the Aris Corporation, he led the turnaround of an acquired PeopleSoft/ADP Software and services practice of a $160 million global consulting firm and grew the unit by 30% over two years.

Marc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Bowie State University. He has held board roles with North Atlantic Soccer Association, Red Wings Soccer Association, and on TAC advisory councils. He is also CEO of The KickersZone, where he is the longest serving football kicking and punting coach in America and raised more than $100,000 in the first two years of his “Kickers Kicking Cancer” campaign. He is author of “The Top Ten Money Making Survival Tips for Information Technology”, and is a keynote speaker in the IT staffing and professional services space.
