ADVISOR BIOGRAPHY

Len Nanjad is an accomplished Senior Executive, Advisor, and Board Member with more than 25 years of success across the management consulting, telecommunications, retail and higher education industries. His broad areas of expertise include change management, strategic planning, organizational design, and business transformation.

Len holds a leadership position as Principal Consultant, Organization Effectiveness for Nanjad Advisory Services Inc. where he advises senior leaders on the design, development and deployment of important people, culture and structure initiatives that drive business performance. He actively collaborates on employee experience design, people strategy development, organizational design, performance management, and talent strategy with a fantastic tribe of people who really understand people and performance. 

Len has spoken at many conferences and events and was previously an Instructor, Advanced Organizational Behaviour for the University of Lethbridge.

Len obtained his BA in Psychology and Economics from Western University, his MBA in Business and Strategic Leadership from Ivey Business School at Western University, a Master Human Capital Strategy (MHCS) from Human Capital Institute, as well as a being a certified Coach and Consultant for Exponential Organizations (OpenExO.) He is currently Chair of the Board of Advisors for AIESEC at University of Calgary and was previously on the Board for the Calgary Change Management Think Tank, and Toronto Strategic Leadership Forum.
