Lacey holds a leadership position as the Principal and President for LLM Consulting Group where she has experience in designing and delivering cutting-edge consulting services to Global/Fortune 100, midsized, and entrepreneurial-led start-up companies. She also helps leaders deliver business results by focusing on clearly identified personal and organizational goals. Lacey has also served as the Co-Founder of Business inSITE Group where she focuses on leaders who are making transitions to new, bigger, and more complex roles in organizations that are going through large-scale transformational change.
