Kevin Russ is a solutions-focused Senior Executive and skilled Progam/Project Manager with more than 30 years of success across the construction and telecommunications industries. Leveraging extensive experience in helping to develop America’s telecommunications infrastructure, Kevin is a valuable asset for companies requiring expert assistance with change management, turnaround, driving profits, site acquisition, securing contracts, or building a client base. His broad areas of expertise include project management, construction management, site development and acquisition, business development, client relations, DAS/Small Cells, RF design, and OSP engineering.
Throughout his executive career, Kevin has held leadership positions with Tilson Technology Management, T-Mobile, AT&T Mobile, ETAK Systems, Inc., Black & Veatch, Wireless Edge, and Squaw Valley USA. He served Black & Veatch as a Senior Project Manager and helped to develop the Project Management Office and Quality Management System as well as completed a number of successful projects, including a $7 million project to change all AT&T tower lighting, completing turn-key services for nine sites in the first Wi-Max deployment in the US for Horizon WiComm, and winning a Distinguished Service Award for securing the AT&T Turf contract. Kevin also led Construction & Engineering for AT&T in the NYC/NNJ market, running site acquisition for 476 new site builds and 12 small cell polygons and running property management, leading it from the lowest-performing to the highest-performing market in the region. He is currently the Tri-State Market/Program Manager for Tilson Technology Management, a construction and consulting services provider with seven-time recognition on INC 5000’s fastest growing private companies.
Kevin holds Master Certification in Project Management from Villanova University and is a registered Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute. He currently sits on the board of the New York State Wireless Association and has been designated a Global Goodwill Ambassador (GGA).
