Jim Rowe is a solutions-focused senior executive, consultant, advisor, and change agent with more than 35 years of success across the CPG, manufacturing & production, insurance & financial, automotive, life sciences, and healthcare services. His broad areas of expertise include leadership, team building, coaching & mentoring, change management, sustainability, business intelligence, business transformation, project management, continuous improvement, SaaS, automation, CRM, digital transformation, and client relations.
Jim is an independent consultant & organizational change management and digital transformation lead for CNA Financial, where he is building an integrated change leader and change champion network. He is also leading organizational design, culture molding, executive sponsor coaching, and a strategic advisory team member. Jim has also served as an independent consultant for Duke Energy, Howden, Wipro, CNO Financial and Perficient Inc., where he led and implemented digital transformation and change management solutions.
Prior to consulting, Jim additionally led as the vice president of sales and digital transformation for HPS - product recovery solutions, where he absorbed major account experience directing Hannaford Brothers, Walmart, Target, and Kroger including DSD and broker management experience. He also led multiple CRM implementations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Salesforce, Siebel, Demantra, and Oracle. Business intelligence experience with Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, QlikView, and Cognos, and deep master data hierarchy and data cleansing experience. Jim is passionate about helping organizations develop, advance, and continuously improve the Center of Excellence planning.
Jim obtained his bachelor's degree in marketing and associates in management from Bentley University. He is a certified change management professional (CCMP), Prosci, organizational change management certified, HP Quality Center testing certified, Category management certified, and successfully completed the Dale Carnegie executive leadership training. Jim was classically trained while managing various projects at Unilever and PepsiCo for over a decade and also has considerable Scrum, Agile and Six Sigma experience.
