His broad areas of expertise include business scaling, M&A, sales and marketing, new business development, operations, customer experience, change management, financial strategy, capital formation, talent management, and executive coaching and advising. Throughout his executive career, Glen has held leadership positions at companies including Sovren Group, Inc., Rhino Assembly Corporation, MicroSepTec, PurOpticcs, Sun Company, Inc., KOLL Business and Corporate Services, and Cornerstone Realty Funds. He has been responsible for developing a comprehensive strategic growth and valuation plan resulting in consistent 30% YOY growth, increasing revenue from $9M to $33M in less than 4 years; launching a facilities management division to generate $140M in revenue and become the fastest growing and most valuable division in the organization; and executing a strategic roll-up of 26 companies, generating $660M in value and enabling a successful sale of the company. Glen has built and sold three of his own companies, generating significant returns for himself and his private equity partners.
Glen holds a BS in Management Science, Economics, & International Business from Carnegie Mellon University and completed the Executive Management Program in Finance at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
