Throughout her executive career, Geeta has held leadership positions with Silicon Valley Software Group (SVSG); Sustinnova; Nokia (formerly Alcatel-Lucent); Genesys Telecommunications; Techspan, and SCI Computers. In her current role as AI Practice Head, Consulting CTO of SVSG, she has been responsible for technology due diligence for M&A and venture funding; AI/Deep Learning blueprints for Cray Supercomputers; CTO Consulting for the architecture of new Electronic Health Care records platform with AI, Mobile solution, and transformation to cloud. Concurrently, as Founder & CTO of Sustinnova, Geeta advises startups in Lean-Startup methodology for creating exceptional products and experiences, utilizing Customer Discovery & Validation, Design Thinking Methodologies, and strategies for habit-forming behavior. Previously, as CTO Data Platforms & Messaging for Nokia, Geeta led the R&D Transformation of the Business Unit from old telecom style development methodology to modern Agile practices; reduced cycle time for R&D deliveries by 50%, and promoted adoption of Docker and Cluster Computing stack across Bell Labs Research for repeatable research and faster translation for commercialization. Geeta obtained a Master of Computer Applications from Pune University, Department of Computer Science and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Delhi University.
