  • Founded NDE Quality Systems in 1991, an international services company providing expertise in quality project management solutions. As the CEO, directed a team of global executives negotiating global contracts from $50 million to over $1 billion for deep-water drilling projects, refineries, etc.
  • Responsible for establishing the global risk management parameter's, P&L's, transformational leadership programs, and corporate branding.
