Results-driven leader in business development with expertise in implementation, operations, negotiations, value creation
Dan Titcomb is an accomplished Senior Executive with more than 30 years of experience in business development and operations both domestically and internationally. His areas of expertise include business startups, team building, project development, and buildouts, technical operations, corporate management, public company management, negotiations, capital formation, global offerings, mergers, and acquisitions.
Dan has held several leadership positions including recently VP Corporate Development of REV Group, Inc. At REV he led the formation and negotiations for operational Joint Ventures in China and the US. He led and implemented the process for identifying and acquiring several manufacturing companies. Further, Dan and his team developed strategic agreements with the US and multinationals for manufacturing vehicles, distribution and logistics sharing.
As President, CEO, and Founder of Jaguar Mining Inc., Dan built and operated the US-based Brazilian mining company from inception to operating several underground gold mines. He led and moved the company into the public markets and onto the NYSE achieving values of over US$1B. Jaguar had approx. 200,000 acres under management, 2000 employees, and a broad global investor base upon his exit at the end of 2011.
Through other companies and various relationships, Dan led project development and dispositions of hydro elect assets in Brazil, mining assets in Columbia and Peru. He led real estate projects from land acquisition through the development, construction, and operations of multifamily and commercial projects. He has consulted for family offices managing various asset classes in multiple jurisdictions.
Dan has sat on public and private company boards and served on a broad range of committees.
He obtained his BS in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, and Finance from the University of New Hampshire, Keene.
