Daniel Nestle is a solutions-focused Senior Executive, Advisor and Thought Leader with more than 15 years of success across the accounting, mechanical/ industrial engineering and marketing industries. His broad areas of expertise include integrated marketing communications, content marketing, social media strategy, and brand storytelling.
Daniel holds a leadership position as the Vice President, Marketing and Communications Department for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. where he launched and now leads the North America marketing and communications function, and co-created the global marketing communications team, from scratch for this 130-year-old Japanese industrial conglomerate, making MHI the only major Japanese manufacturer with an internationally led in-house Marcom group. He also serves as Director of Marketing Communications, North America. Prior to his roles with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc., Daniel additionally led as the Vice President, Digital Corporate & Public Affairs for Edelman and the Senior Manager Communications for AICPA.
Daniel obtained his Master of Science in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. He is fluent in both English (native speaker) and Japanese (15 years working and living in Japan).
