Carlos Lemus is an accomplished Senior Executive, and Advisor with more than 25 years of success across the construction, professional training and development industries. His broad areas of expertise include strategic planning, negotiations, sales management, executive coaching, and startups.
Carlos holds a leadership position as the President of CTD Development Services Inc. where he founded and started the company, developed infrastructure and brand to assist small business owners, and develops leaders into mentor-coaches to create awareness of the mission and vision, and deliver the business and personal development training programs. He has also served as Director of Operational Excellence for C.R. Laurence Co., Inc. where he aligned and maintained all value streams to an optimal state of readiness, and facilitated meetings and debriefed regularly with the company President to help connect the dots from the actions and outcomes generated by the teams.
Prior to that role at C.R. Laurence Co., Inc., he led as the Director of Human Resources for C.R. Laurence Co., Inc. where he was a partner to the CEO, corporate executives and senior managers overseeing customer contact personnel, and the service center managers throughout 40 locations in North America, Australia, and Europe, and was the Executive Director for the Coalition for Educational Partnerships.
Carlos obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley as well as completed the coursework for a Ph.D. in Administration, Curriculum and Teaching Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
