Bruce holds a leadership position as a Principal Consultant for Flexible Consulting, where he provides Interim Management roles, Consulting, Product Management and Business Process Automation. Bruce utilizes his extensive business architect knowledge in logistics, supply chains and new technologies. Bruce recently served as Head of Technology for Cargomatic, a turnaround story with a high tech logistics and marketplace platform. Bruce's team managed the 100% cloud platforms and deployed mission-critical marketplace solutions using the best proven technologies from Silicon Valley.
Prior to his role with Cargomatic, Bruce additionally led at TransWorks where he served as the Vice President CIO/CTO from 2001- 2008 and Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Strategic Planning from 2008-2016. Prior to TransWorks Bruce led as the AVP & Chief Information Officer for Triple Crown Services, where he built a team and led the innovative process automation, enabling massive enterprise growth while boosting employee productivity to achive incredible profitability. Many of these processes are still recognized as the industry standard for logistics operations throughout North America.
Bruce is a Certified Mentor with SCORE Mentors, studied Integrated Supply Chain Management with the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and Strategic Planning with the American Management Association. He served as Council Member of Conexus Indiana - Northeast Indiana Region Logistics Council. He also served on the Advisory Council for NEXTRANS Center (led by Purdue University) and as a Board Member for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Indiana Chapter.
