AC - Describe your main motivation for being an advisor?

Warren Cooley - While most of us occasionally need exeprts to complete an assignment for us, more frequently we need an experienced third party who will listen to our issues, and through an iterative and interactive process, help you arrive at a paln to get unstuck.

AC - Elaborate on the types of situations, challenges or decisions, you feel you could add the most value to as an advisor?

Warren Cooley - Businesses where growth is stymied, and in the preparation of feasibility studies that can be used to elecit funding, either equity or debt; or, that provide a road map for business expansion.

AC - Do you see any disruptive trends on the horizon in your industry or position?

Warren Cooley- There are always issues that stop a business from reaching it's full potential.  Often they are not trend related, but strategy/tactical related.

AC - Tell me about the most impactful project or decision you’ve been involved in as an executive.

Warren Cooley - I've been involved in the work/business world for over 50 years.  I'm in the midst of my fourth business - two (2) consulting firms; one (1) construction management firm; and one (1) small chain of bookstores.  Intermingled in there has been several years in the public agency sector, and 18 years as part of a non-profits executive team.  Pride has never been an issue for me, thus I have learned alot along the way.
